Who is this for?

How much time do I need each day?
Around 10 minutes. The rituals are designed for the woman with a full life, so you can do them before work, in the bath or before bed.
What if I can't make the live calls?
All calls will be recorded and the replays added to the portal within 24 hours.
What if I fall behind?
There's no falling behind in your Empress Era. Every ritual stays in the portal, so you can pick up wherever you are and catch up at your own pace. Even a few rituals a week will start to shift how you feel in your body.
